Asutosh College has been effectively running the Pathways Programme for the socially and/or economically marginalized students for the last 5 years 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and our project "Learning through Experience" is really gaining strong footings in the college campus.

It is necessary to note that we have always tried to incorporate students under PATHWAYS programme during workshops arranged for the FAEA scholars. Only during the last workshop held between 22nd January 2008 and 25th January 2008 we had arranged a special workshop only for the PATHWAYS students. Apart from this there were separate programmes fore the PATHWAYS students in terms of summer training, remedial coaching and training for competitive examinations. The main purpose behind all such exercises is to provide them better platform for a successful life.
